Databricks Solution Architect (German Speaker)

They are growing fast — and looking for an experienced Databricks Solution Architect to help design and deliver cutting-edge architectures using Databricks and cloud services like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key player in the team, you'll take the lead in designing data architectures and helping clients harness the full potential of Databricks. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with data experts, cloud pros, and engineers who love what they do — just like you.

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Databricks and one of the major hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Set technical standards and best practices tailored to each customer
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams : Data Engineers, Cloud Specialists, and Solution Architects
• Stay on top of Databricks features and roadmap to ensure clients always get cutting-edge solutions
• Optimize architecture for both performance and cost efficiency using your Databricks expertise
• Engage with a growing internal Databricks community that regularly exchanges knowledge, challenges, and innovations

What You Bring to the Table

You're not just experienced — you're curious, collaborative, and driven by impact.

• Strong hands-on experience with building data platforms, data lakes, or data warehouses using Spark, Python, and SQL
• Deep knowledge of Databricks, including infrastructure setup, workspace management, and cloud integration
• Ability to manage source system connections, build medallion architectures, and meet varied data user needs
• Familiarity with architectural patterns like Lakehouse, Lambda, and traditional DWHs
• Sound understanding of DevOps practices and experience with CI / CD pipelines
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts clearly to both tech-savvy peers and business stakeholders
• Professional proficiency in both German and English
