Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS for the Home Comfort (HC) subgroup.
  • Oversee the complete consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations, capital/debt consolidation, profit elimination, and recognition of subgroup items.
  • Stay updated on IFRS accounting standards, implement and interpret Bosch Group IFRS guidelines for the HC subgroup, and ensure compliance.
  • Take responsibility for IFRS standards relevant to the HC subgroup, review and approve material journal entries.
  • Serve as the main contact for external auditors and internal departments across all Home Comfort companies, both national and international.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in consolidation and reporting, and implement best practices.
  • Optimize the consolidation system to support efficient processes, collaborating with finance and IT teams.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance to the HC finance community and assist with IFRS and consolidation projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Several years of relevant experience with strong IFRS knowledge; familiarity with consolidation tools (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BCS, S/4 Group Reporting), SAP-FI, MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills, responsible, solution-oriented, analytical, reliable, flexible, and team-oriented.
  • Enthusiasm for numbers, international teamwork, complex issues, and IT, especially consolidation tools.
  • Proficiency in English.
