About The Role

Software Engineers at Gr4vy collaborate across product, engineering, design, and other teams. We work in short two-week sprints, sharing, reflecting, and iterating on our work.

Our platform uses Python with FastAPI, React, and Typescript for frontend development. We employ unit, integration, and acceptance tests to guide design and ensure quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to team projects and adhere to best coding practices.
• Be open to learning new backend design patterns.
• Influence your team's tasks and priorities.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand tasks.
• Work with support from senior engineers to understand problems and solutions.
• Review peer PRs to learn different implementation approaches.

Requirements

Practical experience with coding, testing, and debugging in Python is required.
