About the role:

The Category Manager is a key role within the EMEA Product & Supplier Management organization, responsible for developing category strategies and working with stakeholders to execute growth plans, delivering profitable growth, customer acquisition, and ROI.

They will define market-leading brands, products, and technologies to drive growth across EMEA, manage the product lifecycle, and oversee supplier relationships, including negotiations and performance management.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing category strategies and executing them
• Managing supplier relationships and negotiations
• Overseeing product lifecycle and new product introductions
• Driving digital performance and portfolio growth

• Revenue & margin
• Supplier growth
• Customer acquisition
• New product revenue

Your profile:

• Experience as a Category Manager/Buyer
• Strong analytical and digital skills
• Experience working with global brands
• Fluent in German and English
• Negotiation and communication skills
