Location: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to be based in Darmstadt or Gilching, Germany.

Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week

What you´ll do

1. Front-End Development: Build and maintain engaging user interfaces, ensuring responsiveness and visual appeal.
2. Back-End Development: Develop microservices, scalable APIs, and optimize data access for performance and security.
3. Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy microservices securely, configure load balancing, and monitor system metrics for performance optimization.
4. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Enhance system reliability, participate in agile ceremonies, collaborate with teams, and ensure timely project delivery.

What we are looking for

• Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, OSGi (Apache Karaf), and Kafka.
• Experience designing or consuming GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of SecDevOps and security-focused development.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Nexus.
• Understanding of cloud-native patterns and microservices architecture.
• Linux scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• Basic knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and programming patterns.
• Methodical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy.
