Job Responsibilities

• Assumption of on-call duties in an international environment
• Service delivery management for new and existing long-term customers
• Carrying out software support, including documentation of service cases and solutions
• Project collaboration in software projects (CS, MU, PS, IS)
• International project commissioning and after-go-live support
• Service support for existing customers (WCS, MFC)
• Software development for WCS, MFC, and OFS systems (PTL, PbV)
• Processing change requests for existing customers

Your Qualifications

• Experience with 24/7 on-call 2nd level support
• High level of service and customer orientation
• Knowledge of automation environment and warehouse management systems
• Understanding of the logistics IT environment
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel
• Experience with sophisticated software architectures
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Java software development (desirable)
• Confident handling of databases, especially Oracle
