Proactive communication and coordination with managers, workshop team members and other stakeholders at an early stage (e.g., status updates, changes, etc.)
Coordinate with various project managers to optimize the use of our inspection equipment fleet
Ensure that the inspection equipment provided meets the project specifications
Lead and supervise the execution of inspection equipment preparation according to project budget, quality standards and schedule
Provide and request required information from team members
Ensure that the assigned team is able to implement the results according to the set deadlines in compliance with customer and QHSE standards
Document lessons learned and share valuable information

Professional experience in the coordination of technical projects is desirable
