Strategic Transformation Director

Job Description: Strategic Transformation Director, Karlsruhe

This role involves acting as an industry expert in Manufacturing, particularly supply chain planning, to guide clients towards improved processes, increased profitability, resource effectiveness, and overall process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead clients in identifying solutions and opportunities related to business process, resource utilization, and BY technology, utilizing expert facilitation skills.
2. Stay updated with industry best practices and serve as a thought leader in supply chain processes.
3. Assist in driving major software and service sales by demonstrating value and proposing roadmaps for client success.
4. Collaborate with Principal and Senior Enterprise Architects on Transformation ‘Blueprints’, including leading blueprint phases in BY projects.
5. Maintain strong relationships with sales, management, consulting, customer support, and product teams to secure and present proposals.
6. Prepare and deliver presentations for industry conferences and forums.
7. Act as a trusted advisor on complex manufacturing transformation programs.
8. Promote a proactive, cross-functional culture within BY Customer Success and Delivery organizations.
