Responsibilities:

1. Represent your hotel and be the first point of contact for your team, guests, and external partners.
2. Build and develop a strong team through recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training, fostering a positive work environment.
3. Lead by example, actively participating in daily operations.
4. Maintain financial oversight, including budgets, forecasting, and cost management.
5. Identify trends, optimize processes, and plan strategically to stay ahead.
6. Ensure compliance with legal standards such as HACCP, occupational safety, and fire protection.
7. Uphold the Ruby Spirit, style, and quality standards, collaborating closely with the Cluster Manager and corporate departments.

Qualifications:

1. Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy, or a degree in hotel management/business administration.
2. Extensive experience in operational leadership roles within lifestyle hotels or gastronomy.
3. Strong POS, PMS, and business acumen.
4. Motivating, charismatic leadership with a genuine, loyal personality.
5. Warm, engaging, with excellent communication skills in German and English.
6. Hands-on mentality, customer-oriented, and team-oriented.
