Quality Assurance Associate

We are currently looking for a dedicated Associate Quality Assurance to join our client, a large CDMO. In this role, you will ensure that aseptic production processes are carried out accurately and continuously improved. You will monitor these processes closely, deriving and tracking corrective actions based on your observations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Observe, document, and evaluate aseptic behavior of employees in the production areas.
2. Instruct and implement immediate corrections in the event of observed process deviations.
3. Escalate deviations as necessary.
4. Ensure correct and timely documentation in batch records.
5. Check the cleanroom status of aseptic areas and carry out cleanroom studies.
6. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of aseptic processes.
7. Collaborate in cross-departmental projects related to aseptic processes.

Your Profile :

1. Completed MINT studies (Bachelor) or vocational training in the technical/pharmaceutical field (e.g., pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician, PTA / BTA / CTA).
2. Good knowledge of English is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and structured work style.
4. Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
