You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.

You have several years of professional experience in market communication and energy data management within the energy sector (alternatively, experience in insurance, banking, telecommunications, or railways such as Deutsche Bahn, given the similarly regulated environments).

You possess strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks within the energy sector, particularly GPKE, GeLi Gas, MaBiS, and MsbG.

You are highly proficient in IT, especially in ERP systems, SQL, and Excel.

You have proven leadership and team development experience.

You bring strong customer and service orientation, analytical and structured working methods, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

You will assume both the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of six employees within the field of market communication and energy data management.

You will manage and optimise processes in market communication and energy data management, covering the roles of network operator, supplier, and metering point operator.

You will support your team operationally, particularly in energy data management, and will be familiar with network balancing processes for gas and electricity (Gabi-Gas and MaBiS), as well as settlement of surplus and shortfall quantities for gas and electricity.

You will act as a key contact for internal and external customers, suppliers, network operators, and regulatory authorities regarding all matters related to market communication and energy data management.

You will prepare and analyse reports, statistics, and KPIs to monitor and enhance data quality and process efficiency.

You will contribute to the continuous improvement and adaptation of IT systems and interfaces within the domain of market communication and energy data management.
