Technology Lead - Exchange Server - Germany (m / f / d)

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will create high-level design artifacts, deliver high-quality code for modules, lead validation for all testing types, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration, rewards excellence, and values diversity.

1. Deliver DSE, MIP / Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements as outsourced staff.
2. Support customer tech initiatives under the guidance of the Supplier Lead.
3. Update skills profile aligned with ‘Ringed Fenced’ technologies and delivery scope.

Required Skills:

• Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.
• At least five years of project experience.
• Subject matter expertise in architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.
• Self-reliant team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
• Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy.
• PowerShell/Scripting experience.
• Experience managing Microsoft Exchange Server, Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server, Veeam Backup, and SharePoint technologies.
• Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting using tools like Microsoft SCOM, Altiris Ticketing System, and diagnostic testing.
• Experience in user account management, mailbox operations, and Active Directory support.
• Knowledge of UNIX and Windows OS configuration and support, including security compliance auditing.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting utilities, EUC space (AVD), cloud fundamentals, and Windows networking.
• Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent are advantageous.

Non-negotiable Skills:

• German Language proficiency at C1 level.
• Willingness to travel and interface with clients.
