Your mission :

As a Bid Manager, you will be part of the Managed Services and Outsourcing / Datacenter hosting team, responsible for coordinating all phases of the proposal process in response to customer requests. Success depends on meeting deadlines, teamwork, and detailed follow-through.

You will also negotiate and manage service contracts.

  1. Coordinate proposal efforts with sales, technical, finance, legal, and subcontractor departments to meet client requirements and timelines.
  2. Manage proposal and bid preparations, and exercise responsibility for proposals.
  3. Communicate and influence decision-making processes regarding bids.
  4. Deliver professional, compliant proposals within customer-defined timeframes.
  5. Coach proposal writers in persuasive writing techniques.
  6. Manage document templates aligned with company branding.
  7. Handle proposal writing, coordination, and development efforts hands-on.
  8. Edit technical inputs for grammar, clarity, and readability without altering original intent.
  9. Respond clearly and concisely to customer inquiries or requests for clarification.
  10. Perform quality assurance checks on all document deliverables.
  11. Track and report proposal success rates to evaluate business development efforts.
  12. Maintain the business development document management system, including resumes, project descriptions, proposal sections, graphics, and photos.
  13. Negotiate and manage service contracts.

Your profile :

You have a proven track record in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals in complex environments. You excel at leading proposal kick-offs, facilitating storyboarding, and guiding review meetings, ensuring timely and coordinated proposal submissions.

Your excellent communication skills enable you to listen attentively and present confidently, engaging stakeholders throughout the process.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Team player with proven results in delivering client solutions and achieving goals.
  • Fluent in French and English.
