About the opportunity

We are looking for a data-driven, security-savvy Product Manager to help build the Trust & Safety suite of products for the future bank and help deliver key growth and operational metrics.

Our Security Engineering segment's mission is to make N26 the most trusted bank by efficiently integrating state-of-the-art information security practices. This mission aligns with powering N26 to reach the next 100 million customers. The Security Engineering segment consists of 4 teams that define the tooling and interactions for ensuring security for the digital bank. Within the segment, the Trust & Safety team collaborates with cross-functional teams to create and improve products, features, and tooling that detect risks early, monitor potential online risk vectors, and respond swiftly to risk trends. • Deliver a world-class Trust and Safety product suite that is fully compliant and user-centric.
• Help develop the strategy for the evolution of N26's Trust & Safety products, including its interactions with the organization, global rollout, and build vs. buy decisions.
• Conduct research and analysis to discover market demands and trends, leading to the innovation and conceptualization of new products or features.
• Deeply understand the needs of segment customers—our internal teams developing products for N26—and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and create solutions to maximize impact across product, engineering, and design teams.
• Communicate the product vision clearly and ensure alignment among cross-functional teams such as Legal, Compliance, and Commercial departments.
• Make informed decisions based on analytics, user feedback, and business goals, setting clear priorities and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Proven track record of building scalable and efficient products in a mature environment.
• Strong technical understanding and awareness of emerging trends in Trust & Safety and security domains.
• Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and how security practices and tooling enhance user experience.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and customer insights for decision-making and innovation.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and designers.
