What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with Robert Bosch GmbH.
- Drive SAP strategy, customer innovation, and adoption of SAP solutions to meet business objectives.
- Lead account teams and coordinate across customer organizations for content and strategy.
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell to increase customer value and ensure renewals, expansions, and upsells.
- Position SAP as the preferred enterprise software and IT platform partner.
- Utilize stakeholder management skills and interpret consumption data to inform actions.
- Support sustainable sales growth in cloud, license, and consulting services, expanding SAP’s footprint within the customer.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans focusing on opportunity management and customer value.
- Coordinate with consulting, partners, and internal stakeholders on cloud and license opportunities.
- Drive co-innovation projects aligned with industry programs and SAP development teams.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales support and leading transformation projects in large accounts.
- Strong interpersonal, diplomatic, and political skills, with experience in de-escalation.
- Deep understanding of SAP products and services, with industry knowledge in Manufacturing and Automotive sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex organizations and mitigate risks.
- Excellent business development, project management, and deal support skills.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
