JOIN OUR TEAM

As Junior Commercial Development Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the Westwing world to life across the many inspiring stores we plan to open. You will support assortment strategy execution, manage in-season portfolio changes, and drive seasonal planning. You will track pre-orders and pipeline products to ensure accurate demand forecasting. Additionally, you will coordinate commercial initiatives like sales campaigns, working closely with different stakeholders. Finally, you will contribute to data-driven decisions through reporting and dashboard maintenance. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the development and execution of store assortment strategies
  • Actively manage in-season product portfolio and respond to global assortment changes
  • Drive implementation of commercial initiatives such as sales campaigns and Mega Days
  • Forecast demand and track pre-orders at store and product level to identify risks and improve planning
  • Support the development and maintenance of tools and processes to manage complexity and ensure accurate, up-to-date data
  • Contribute to business intelligence through dashboards, reporting, and competitor analysis

YOU COME WITH

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, communication, retail, or related fields
  • Initial experience in retail or a related industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on mentality, quick understanding, and a structured, reliable work approach
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English, with strong communication skills
  • Passion for home & living, with a good sense of products and trends
