SENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPER (m/f/d) Typescript

Your mission

• Join one of our engineering squads, focusing on our B2B pipeline that processes client requests and converts them into orders
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration
• Own your projects end-to-end with accountability, proactively identifying issues and communicating effectively
• Architect and build reliable backend systems handling complex workflows
• Scale infrastructure, implement features, and refactor for performance
• Address technical challenges like platform scaling, complex issues, and feature enhancements

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience as a freelancer or full-time employee
• Experience managing medium/large-scale backend applications
• Strong software engineering background and entrepreneurial mindset
• Enjoy solving complex challenges, evaluating solutions, and making informed decisions
• Hands-on, reliable, and innovative in implementation
• Ability to work independently and share knowledge within the team

Your milestones

• First month: familiarize with code, database, business operations, and deploy initial tasks
• After 3 months: develop an epic from scratch, participate in code reviews, understand customer needs
• After 6 months: be involved in full story lifecycle from problem understanding to deployment and monitoring
