Your Role

  1. You take on technical responsibility for the implementation of process mining projects within the Doehler Group.
  2. As the primary contact for individual departments, you independently manage their requirements and develop technical solutions for the analysis and optimization of business processes.
  3. You use the Celonis process mining tool to perform data-driven analyses and develop concrete actions for process improvement.
  4. As an innovation driver, you identify new analytical approaches, develop proof-of-concepts, and promote the use of modern analytics and visualization technologies.
  5. You derive data-driven insights from large raw datasets (including using SQL) to generate business value.
  6. You actively support the implementation of the optimizations you have initiated, provide user training, and ensure the transfer into operational use.

Your Profile

  1. You bring a strong technical and analytical mindset and ideally already have hands-on experience with Celonis or other process mining tools.
  2. You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, engineering, mathematics, or a comparable field.
  3. You have skills in SQL, databases, and working with complex data sets.
  4. Initial experience in project management and independently supporting business departments is an advantage.
  5. You are characterized by initiative, a drive to shape solutions, and a hands-on, solution-oriented working style.
  6. You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
