Senior Social Media Manager (d/f/m)

Jung von Matt is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager (d/f/m).

Your profile:

You thrive on crafting compelling content and campaigns that engage audiences, with a deep understanding of managing social media channels effectively. You hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and have solid experience in campaign and content development. You are business fluent in German and English.

Your tasks:

1. Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across various platforms
2. Manage end-to-end social media campaigns, ensuring high engagement and impact
3. Act as a key social media expert within campaign and client teams
4. Advise clients on best practices and strengthen our social media capabilities
5. Foster and maintain relationships with key platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) and ensure knowledge transfer within the team

What you bring:

1. Proven experience in managing and optimizing social media campaigns
2. A strong network across various social media stakeholders (e.g., platforms, creators, agencies)
3. Proficiency with campaign and content management tools
4. Curiosity and enthusiasm for engaging with the constantly evolving social ecosystem and pioneering new approaches
5. A team-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach within the agency
6. Preference for spending time with agency teams
