• Are you able to assume ownership of retail systems, payment solutions, and digital tools in the store?
• Can you provide support on operating systems and digital solutions for your colleagues in-store?

What do we expect from you?

The Local Retail Operations Manager (m/f/d) ensures that boutique operations are efficient and aligned with Maison’s guidelines. They spend time in the field supporting boutique staff in mastering boutique tools, services, and procedures. They also identify and share boutique best practices.
