Do you love helping people and solving problems? Are you a native-level Italian speaker with excellent communication skills in English? Join our international Customer Care team and support our B2B and B2C clients across Europe!

What You’ll Do :

  • Handle incoming requests from customers (email, phone, chat) in a friendly, professional manner
  • Assist with order management, delivery tracking, invoicing, and returns
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth customer operations
  • Identify recurring issues and help us improve our processes
  • Be a key player in providing a positive customer experience

What You Bring :

  • Native-level Italian + fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) and MS Office tools
  • A team spirit and willingness to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
