Which tasks do you take over?

As a Senior Technical Procurement Specialist at Kraftblock GmbH, you will report directly to our COO and play a key role in optimizing and advancing our procurement strategy. You will be responsible for managing complex procurement processes, developing and executing supplier strategies, and ensuring the acquisition of high-quality technical products and materials. This role requires in-depth technical expertise, strong supplier relationship management skills, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement in our supply chain operations. Aufgaben

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for technical components and materials
• Manage and expand a high-performing portfolio of national and international suppliers
• Lead complex contract negotiations to secure optimal terms and conditions
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical procurement needs
• Ensure supply continuity and proactively mitigate risks in procurement operations
• Stay up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
• Optimize procurement processes and introduce innovative sourcing strategies
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement
• Promote sustainable procurement and drive ESG initiatives within the supply chain
• Work with leadership to develop and potentially lead the future Procurement organization as we scale the company

Qualifikation

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field
• Extensive experience in technical procurement, preferably in an industrial or renewable energy environment
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience in handling international suppliers
• Deep understanding of procurement strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiation
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and sustainability principles is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in procurement and ERP software tools
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
