Senior Java Developer - Relocate to Switzerland!

YourCode Group is proud to announce a new partnership with a hyper-growth startup based in Switzerland who're scaling their Fin-Tech operations, involved in over $2bn of transactions within the last 2 years alone. Our new client has an entrepreneurial environment with an innovation-first environment, always seeking the next next generation product that can further cement their market coverage.

As an experienced Java Developer, you will highlight your experience and passion for building innovative software products that will make a difference within the financial services industry; forming part of a high-performing development squad, you'll quickly become an essential player in helping to craft next-generation products for both internal and external customers.

Skills, experience & knowledge required:

At least 5 years software development experience, using Java, Spring, Hibernate
You have a proven record in the backend development
Understanding of micro-services architecture and REST APIs
Other knowledge of tools such as Elasticsearch and search/recommendations problematics
You should be familiar with Jira and GitLab workflows
You are experienced with cloud technologies (GCP or AWS preferred)

The following would be beneficial:

Kotlin, Python, Go or Nodejs
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
English language skills
