Intersolia has experienced strong growth and a positive response to its services in recent years. The company is now looking to establish their second office in Hamburg, Germany. The aim is to build up a proactive sales team of independent and committed salespeople with responsibility for the German market.

We are specifically looking for people who are hungry to deliver excellent results and have the ability to take ownership of the company’s aspirations for its position in the German market. In this role, you will get help booking meetings. Your task will be to conduct customer meetings, prepare quotes, and close the sale. Intersolia will offer solid support and facilitate effective market penetration as well as offer suitable candidates a very competitive salary package.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and preparing sales targets and strategies to ensure market growth
  • Booking and conducting customer meetings
  • Preparing and presenting quotes
  • Following up on outstanding quotes and ongoing sales processes
Preferred skills and experience
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in operational and proactive B2B sales
  • Experience in system sales, service sales, or SaaS
  • Advanced level of verbal and written communication (German and English)
  • Excellent sales and customer insight
