About the Job

• Shape and drive innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the industry
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles (including engineering, R&D, IC design, and process development)
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines
• Use data and milestones to refine hiring processes and ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment with the company's rapid growth and vision
• Enhance the hiring experience through candidate-focused processes
• Identify and secure top-tier talent for new projects
• Stay updated on industry trends and global talent landscape

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, especially for technical roles or in high-growth environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills and a growth mindset
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for specialized roles
• Data-driven with the ability to optimize processes using recruitment metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with technical teams and hiring managers

Note: This position is based in Berlin; EU work eligibility is required.
