Introduction

Our platform team focuses on providing smarter tooling and robust processes in a secure cloud environment. The goal is to reduce cognitive load and enable our product delivery teams to concentrate on their core tasks. As a Senior SRE, you will help us achieve an excellent developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Enhance product delivery by prioritizing developer experience and reducing unnecessary cognitive load.
• Design and develop user-friendly tooling and technology stacks, understanding developers' needs and pain points.
• Transform the traditional platform team into a product delivery team serving internal tech customers.
• Maintain and leverage cloud advantages continuously.
• Evaluate innovative approaches regularly.

Qualifications

• Passionate and experienced Site Reliability Engineer or cloud-focused software developer with an interest in developer experience, agile practices, and experimentation.
• Strong software engineering background (preferably with Go, Ruby, or Typescript) to connect with developers and understand their needs, combined with cloud expertise.
• Proficient in cloud environments (AWS), container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and observability solutions (DataDog).
• Valuing DevOps culture and aiming to optimize delivery processes (e.g., CI/CD).
• Dedicated to providing developers with the right tools, processes, and environment to maximize productivity and business value.
