Objective
Development and utilization of suitable means and methods of modern personnel policy, personnel development, and promotion as well as personnel management. Playing a key role in shaping strategic HR work, in particular by defining principles and objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Negotiating with the works council on all matters relating to works constitution law in connection with corporate requirements.
- Ensuring lawful participation and fostering trusting cooperation with the works council.
- Participating in collective bargaining issues.
- Developing, implementing, and managing a needs-oriented training program.
- Initiating and managing needs assessments.
- Obtaining specifications and orientations related to corporate development.
- Supporting and advising managers and employees on contractual matters, vacancies, procurement management, legal issues, employment law issues for line managers, and personnel issues.
- Participating at the European HR management level in all matters related to group-wide HR work and designing a uniform process landscape.
- Conducting target/actual comparisons, forecasting, and forecast calculations.
- Supporting functions for annual financial statements, personnel planning, personnel cost planning, internal audits, auditors, and managers.
- Supporting operational, short, and medium-term planning of costs and capacities.
- Ensuring reports, statistics, and analyses for internal and group-wide purposes.
- Ensuring legally compliant payroll accounting, including statutory audits.
- Designing, coordinating, and implementing initial training for skilled workers and managing full-time trainers.
- Representing the company on training issues in public relations and in cooperation with other companies.
- Representing the company in labor law matters before courts.
- Performing duties in accordance with the management manual guidelines.
Position Requirements
- College or university degree.
- Experience: specialized knowledge, interdisciplinary experience, and know-how (2+ years).
- Training as a company health manager.
- Solid knowledge of labor and social security law.
- Confident handling of MS Office products.
- Business-fluent English language skills.
