Account Executive, New Business Sales, Hamburg

This role is based in Hamburg, Germany, and requires an EU work permit. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 3 years of full life-cycle sales experience. Fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, or Polish is necessary to work effectively with stakeholders.

The New Business Sales team focuses on engaging potential advertisers and persuading them to adopt Google's marketing products such as YouTube, Google Ads, and the Google Display Network. As part of Google Customer Solutions, you will advise small- and medium-sized businesses, helping them grow and succeed, while enjoying a dynamic and fun work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and marketing goals
  • Develop long-term strategies and lead cross-functional teams to ensure client success
  • Achieve growth targets by presenting Google advertising solutions that meet marketing objectives
  • Create data-driven analyses and recommendations to identify high-impact opportunities
  • Secure new clients by presenting marketing solutions and creating effective ad campaigns
