Responsibilities

• Design and optimize social media campaigns in collaboration with our design team for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Develop, test, and implement various social ad strategies with clients.
• Monitor campaign performance and learn from results.
• Manage projects and serve as the primary contact for clients.
• Participate in internal initiatives such as workshops, process improvements, training, and content creation.

Qualifications

• Experience with social advertising, especially Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Background in project management and client communication.
• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills to derive actions from data.
• Proficiency in German and good English skills.
• Team spirit and motivation.
