Quality Engineer (f / m / d) - For Car Connected Services (GIS)

For our European Location in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a :

Quality Engineer (f / m / d) - For Car Connected Services (GIS)

with Driver's license valid in Germany

As a Quality Engineer (f / m / d) for Car Connected Service (GIS), your main responsibility is to manage GIS Center Route Quality Control and CCS Services. You will analyze route planning and modify geographic information to create sophisticated GIS logic, establish auto-analysis systems, and provide personalized route recommendations based on accumulated data.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Communication between content providers and HQ (Korean)
2. GIS service monitoring

• Monitor GIS services and collaborate with the head office
• Provide primary responses to GIS failures
• Serve as the Hyundai AutoEver local representative for GIS / Traffic operations

• Conduct daily route analysis
• Monitor traffic information
• Manage outsourced evaluators and evaluation results
• Respond to local VOCs and communicate with customers

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in data analysis and server operation
• Good understanding of network systems in electronics and vehicles
• Ability to troubleshoot navigation issues
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a multi-functional environment
• Willingness for continuous improvement
• Driver's license valid in Germany
• Very good English skills
• Korean and German language skills are a plus
