About the Role: We’re seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team focused on building scalable health tech solutions. You will work closely with our VP of Product & Engineering, combining technical expertise (Python, React, TypeScript, AWS) with leadership to improve delivery and team health. You’ll contribute code, shape architecture, and lead by example.

Tasks:

1. Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend engineers.
2. Contribute to code reviews and technical decisions.
3. Improve software delivery processes.
4. Collaborate with Product, Design, and stakeholders.
5. Contribute to architectural decisions and scaling strategies.
6. Help scale engineering culture and participate in hiring and onboarding.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
2. Strong experience in Python, React, and TypeScript.
3. Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure and CI/CD workflows.
4. Proven leadership in agile environments.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in health tech, AI/ML, or DevOps.
• Experience in startup or scaling product teams.
• Background in customer-facing platforms.

• Annual gross salary: €85,000–95,000.
