Job Description

Device42 is the most comprehensive agentless discovery system for Hybrid IT available today. It continuously discovers, maps, and optimizes infrastructure and applications across data centers and cloud environments, providing accurate views of your IT ecosystem. Customers in over 60 countries use these capabilities to manage and modernize IT infrastructures and application landscapes, adopting DevOps practices.

We’re seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute a territory plan, drive sales, and meet revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity to penetrate new accounts and nurture existing relationships within a rich territory. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background and can engage with technical buyers at all levels.

  • Manage the sales process, including contract negotiations and approvals for new deals
  • Build and maintain relationship maps for your territory, including existing and prospective contacts
  • Coordinate with various roles such as Channel, SA, CSM, and CSE to maintain account ownership
  • Communicate Device42's value to executives and technical decision-makers to drive enterprise sales
  • Expand accounts by leveraging relationships and delivering business value
  • Conduct account reviews and keep Salesforce.com customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data up to date

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in SaaS (ITSM, IT infrastructure, cloud, or IaaS)
  • Ability to establish strategic relationships with technical stakeholders across all levels within the Global 2000 or Fortune 1000
  • Proven methodology in prospecting, pipeline building, and accurate forecasting
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles, with a minimum annual quota of $1MM and ASP of $100K
  • Comfort with process-driven sales, reporting, and tracking to drive new business, upsells, and renewals
