As Head of B2B Shopper Marketing (gn), you will take on a key leadership role in shaping and executing our shopper-centric retail strategy. You will design how brand, sales, and retail come together from the perspective of professional buyers — with a clear focus on impact at the point of sale, cross-channel brand presence, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will not only lead your team but also guide external partners with strategic foresight and operational excellence.

Your mission

• You will develop and implement a holistic B2B shopper marketing strategy — brand-driven, data-informed, and across all relevant channels
• You will lead and develop your team — both functionally and, where applicable, disciplinarily — while building strong structures and nurturing talent
• You will design and execute integrated POS campaigns and retail media activations tailored to the needs and behaviors of professional buyers
• You will translate shopper and customer insights into actionable strategies that boost preference, visibility, and sell-through
• You will collaborate closely with Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Operations to ensure seamless execution
• You will manage creative, display, and media agencies with a clear focus on quality, timelines, and measurable business impact
• You will define KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize for impact and efficiency

Your experience & skills

• You bring several years of experience in shopper, trade, or retail marketing — ideally with a B2B focus or in a context of complex products
• You have successfully led teams and enjoy developing people and achieving success together
• You understand how professional buyers make decisions and how to engage them effectively at the point of sale
• You have hands-on experience in designing and implementing cross-channel campaigns, POS concepts, and retail media strategies
• You think analytically and base your decisions on data and clear KPIs
• You are a strong organizer and executor who confidently manages complex projects across different functions
• You communicate clearly, persuasively, and with purpose — both internally and externally
• You speak fluent German and English and feel comfortable in international environments
