Total 10-15 yrs. of experience working in Global IT Infra & Cloud Operations environment as a Data Center Operations Lead with strong Solution Architecting background.
Provide general and routine technical support to a broad range of installation, patching, configuration, and updates to virtual infrastructure. Collaborate with team members, software vendors, and other technical staff to develop, design, implement, and improve systems.
Manage UNIX: FreeBSD, Linux-related issues.
Ensure effective management of day-to-day 24×7 Data Center Operations, including Cloud hosting like AWS, Azure, etc.
Drive automation within Data Center and Cloud services through team members.
Focus on quality and quantity of services provided by Data Center Operations and Cloud support teams, aiming to improve Customer Experience.
Have in-depth knowledge of Windows administration, Linux/Unix, FreeBSD, Network, and Storage systems.
Ability to build scripts.
Total IT experience 12-15 yrs., with at least 10 years in Data Center Operations.
Manage end-user computing-related issues.
Excellent communication skills for effective verbal and written communication at all levels, including technical teams, SMEs, cross-functional teams, vendors, service providers, and senior leadership (CxO level).
Extensive experience with legacy and modern Data Center architecture, including migration from On-premises to Cloud.
