Your Tasks – What You can expect as Global SAP S/4HANA Project Manager (f/m/d):

• Lead the transformation of our SAP ECC 6.0 system into S/4HANA, ensuring timely delivery within scope, quality, and budget
• Coordinate internal and external resources and support cross-functional alignment
• Define value propositions, collect, and prioritize business requirements
• Standardize processes across units, regions, and countries
• Map business requirements to technological solutions
• Develop focus areas for project execution, design transformation pathways, and perform risk management
• Lead an international project team and report to the Head of the Global SAP Competence Center

Your Profile – What You Bring:

Hold a relevant university degree with several years of experience as a Senior Consultant or Project Manager/Team Lead in SAP configuration, preferably in Chemicals or Process Industries

Deep knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA with a solution-oriented approach

Familiarity with agile methods like Kanban and Scrum

Operational, tactical, and strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset

Excellent communication skills in English and willingness to travel approximately 20%
