We are looking for a:
Meetings & Events Sales Executive (m/w/d)
- Are you passionate and committed enough to fill our event calendar? We have excellent event spaces, and your task is to fill them. If you say "Yes I Can!", we are looking for top-notch people like you!
Your main responsibilities
- Build customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote conference rooms and achieve sales targets through effective hotel offer sales.
- Coordinate event logistics and plan everything from room setup to catering and AV requirements.
- Prepare and manage event contracts, ensure compliance with regulations, and handle timely payments.
- Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients, accommodating special requests or changes.
- Support administrative tasks such as reporting and inquiry handling.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure smooth event execution.
Your profile
- You are a solutions-oriented first point of contact for our guests—whether for group bookings, meetings, conferences, or seminars.
- You negotiate confidently in both German and English and are motivated to learn more during our onboarding week.
- You enjoy researching topics independently and proactively.
- Professional communication in German and English is second nature to you.
- You have prior experience in a similar role.
