The Opportunity

As Germany + Austria Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead a multinational sales team covering hospitals, distributor channels, GPOs, and specialist verticals like dental and veterinary care
  • Own and grow a €20M+ commercial territory across Germany and Austria
  • Drive strategic sales planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support local marketing initiatives and represent the region at senior commercial level
  • Deliver results in a matrix, performance-driven environment with high autonomy

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in B2B Hospital, any healthcare related industry such as Dental, Aesthetics etc. Consumables sales would be desired.
  • Experience outside of industry welcomed
  • Proven leadership experience within matrixed, multinational organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to grow market share and exceed commercial targets
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare procurement, distribution, and hospital systems
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Germany, Austria, and occasionally across Europe
