ASIC PCB Development Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

1. Design of package substrates, circuit boards, and load-boards
2. Schematics design, verification, and simulation at the layout level
3. Simulation of high-speed interfaces and power distribution networks
4. Verification with instruments
5. Collaboration with outsourcing design and manufacturing companies
6. Documentation of implemented functionality
7. Evaluation on the tester and in the final product
8. Collaboration with other internal functions

Qualifications:

• University degree, Diploma, or BS in Electrical Engineering
• Engineering background in Electronics
• Knowledge of measurement techniques for power distribution networks and high-speed signals
• Experience in PCB design and familiarity with design tools
• Basic knowledge of UNIX or Linux environment and programming languages
• Technical communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• English and German language skills
