Join us as an easyVET Supporter (m/w/d) in full- or part-time.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support national and international clients from veterinary practices, clinics, and universities as part of our support team.
  2. Answer calls regarding simple and complex questions about our products, especially our practice management software easyVET.
  3. After thorough training, conduct tailored training sessions for small or large user groups on-site, if interested and needed.
  4. Potentially expand your role to include technical support, such as configuring, installing, and administering Windows servers.
  5. Work independently in a flexible environment without standard responses, finding solutions and explaining them in your own words.
  6. Participate in rotating on-call duties approximately every 10 weeks, providing after-hours and weekend support via phone.

Profile:

  1. Communicative and friendly personality, with a good (phone) rapport, demonstrating competence, reliability, and professionalism.
  2. Completed training as TFA or similar, with some experience in customer or patient care.
  3. Proficient with PC and quick to learn new software.
  4. Self-organized and able to work independently.
  5. Open-minded and attentive to customer needs, whether on the phone or in practice.
  6. Good command of English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
  7. Experience as a veterinary assistant or practice manager, familiarity with easyVET, or diverse backgrounds such as sales, medical, or tourism are advantageous.
