We are a fundraising agency and a team of 60 employees who work with organizations in the fields of disaster relief & development cooperation, human rights, animal welfare, health care, church and culture. We implement fundraising measures and attract and retain donors and other supporters for the German non-profit scene.


To strengthen our team, we are looking for the next possible date for a


Data manager (m/f/d)


full-time (40 hours per week).


You will carry out data processing for direct marketing campaigns. To do this, you will bring your structured way of working and your excellent understanding of data to the processing of address data.


These are your tasks

  • Your tasks as a data manager will be part of an exciting interdisciplinary process that includes the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns.
  • You will be responsible for planning and implementing optimal address processing for dialog marketing measures and will be in contact with customers, lettershops, and the internal project teams.
  • You prepare address data for mailing: Validation, duplicate matching, address cleansing, postage optimization.
  • You not only ensure the best possible address quality, but also control the implementation by the lettershops via checklists and labeling specifications.
  • You work in a team - but also across departments - to continuously optimize data processes.

What you bring with you

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have a strong affinity for numbers and data.
  • You already have professional experience in data processing; experience with address processing programs is an advantage.
  • You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tools and further developing workflows.
  • You work in a highly structured manner and attach great importance to detail and accuracy.
  • Independent and autonomous work is just as important to you as good teamwork.
