About the role:

Are you ready to shape the future of AI at Redcare Pharmacy? As an AI Engineering Manager, you'll lead a motivated team of AI engineers, driving innovation across our business. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by empowering your team to develop smart, scalable AI solutions that influence our customers and internal operations, positioning us at the forefront of AI in the pharmaceutical and e-commerce sectors.

About your tasks:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented AI engineers to deliver impactful machine learning and AI products.
• Define the vision and roadmap for AI initiatives in collaboration with product and business teams.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI systems across the company.
• Foster innovation and experimentation within your team while maintaining best practices and code quality.
• Create a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Present ideas, models, and insights in ways that create impact across departments.

About you:

• You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a reputed technical university in Germany.
• You have more than 5 years of proven experience leading AI or ML engineering teams.
• You have strong experience with ML & (Gen) AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), etc.
• You also have experience using various Large Language Model (LLM) APIs – such as those from OpenAI, Google (Gemini), etc., to develop innovative products.
• You enjoy building from scratch, learning quickly, and making a positive impact.
• You're passionate about developing people and scaling technical teams.
• You enjoy collaborating across departments and transforming complex problems into elegant solutions.
