We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager (Freelancer) for our client. You will play a vital role in supporting the Microsoft team, enjoying a dynamic work environment within a leading European company. Your focus will be on improving the European marketing campaign project management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist the European Marketing Manager in coordinating go-to-market (GTM) projects and marketing campaigns across 31 countries. This involves interpreting campaign briefs and creating actionable project plans to ensure successful execution.
- Content Coordination: Adapt marketing content for various channels, especially social media and digital platforms, ensuring content is engaging and tailored to local markets.
- Campaign Management: Use our project management tool (e.g., Wrike) to update workflows, assign tasks, and oversee campaign materials' development and execution, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Translation Implementation: Manage translation processes using our Translation Management Tool, ensuring accurate translations and timely delivery for local campaigns.
- Communication: Act as a central contact point between the central marketing team and local managers, maintaining open communication, providing updates, and ensuring alignment.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide insights for optimization.
- Data Collection & Compliance: Gather campaign data, proofs of execution, and handle vendor claim paperwork in compliance with guidelines.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on campaign outcomes and project statuses, highlighting key results and learnings for stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- Degree in communication management, marketing management, project management, or similar experience.
- Proven project management experience in digital marketing.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with project management tools, ideally Wrike.
- Solution-oriented and quality-conscious approach.
