Additionally, GMZ is a technology service provider focusing on cloud services, virtualization, and development. GMZ provides operational services ranging from helpdesk and service management to monitoring. We serve companies of all sizes, from sole proprietorships to medium-sized industrial firms and corporations across various sectors.

What can you expect as an IT technician for managed services & automation?

• You will install and configure hardware and software, taking operational responsibility for our customers' IT systems.
• You will proactively maintain and service our customers' IT systems to ensure trouble-free operation.
• You will automate IT service processes (e.g., updates, patch management).
• You will support our customers' IT systems via remote maintenance.
• You will assist users with IT issues by phone, email, and remote support.
• You will streamline IT services to provide comprehensive support for more systems in less time.

• Excellent IT expertise in current technologies (Microsoft software, virtualization, monitoring software, firewalls, virus protection, etc.).
