Spairliners is a joint venture between Air France Industries and Lufthansa Technik, offering comprehensive component support for A380 and E-Jet operators. The company manages spare parts inventory, overhaul, repair, and logistics to ensure aircraft component availability. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Hamburg, with warehousing in Paris.
Join our MRO Contract and Procurement Team in Hamburg, an international and dynamic aviation industry company.
We seek an experienced team player responsible for maintaining excellent communication and relationships between Spairliners and MRO providers.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for MRO parts, materials, and services.
- Optimize contracts for cost efficiency and reliability.
- Manage the full lifecycle of MRO contracts, including negotiation, renewal, and termination.
- Monitor and assess contract performance for compliance and value.
- Maintain relationships with MRO suppliers and implement performance programs.
- Use data from MRO systems to identify cost savings and manage risks.
- Track KPIs to evaluate progress and identify improvements.
Requirements:
- Relevant studies or training in procurement or related fields.
- 5-8 years of experience in procurement and contract management within aircraft component support or MRO industry.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic skills.
- Proactive, hands-on mentality.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP is a plus.
- Business-level English; German or French skills are advantageous.
- High professional commitment and international mindset.
- Willingness to travel.
