Would you like to join the MAX&Co. Munich Team as Floor Manager in Oberpollinger?

The Floor Manager is responsible for achieving the commercial objectives of the department. They will manage and develop resources, and collaborate with sales advisors, ensuring compliance with image rules and service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Achieving personal and departmental results
  2. Organizing, managing, and coordinating resources to meet commercial goals in coordination with the Store Manager
  3. Assisting in objections handling and finalizing sales when needed
  4. Ensuring the Sales Manager maintains department spaces (tidiness, product care)
  5. Managing product presentation effectively within the department
  6. Maintaining high standards of reception in the department
  7. Evaluating and developing team members' skills
  8. Training and developing department backups to ensure coverage
  9. Informing and training colleagues on the collection/product, in collaboration with Sales and Visual Managers
  10. Working with the Management Team to achieve store results
  11. Aligning the department's image with company standards
  12. Ensuring compliance with company procedures and conduct rules
  13. Adhering to safety regulations and taking corrective actions if necessary
  14. Encouraging participation in training, teamwork, and digital initiatives for innovation and efficiency
  15. Promoting the use of digital technologies for process management and stakeholder engagement
  16. Supporting sustainable practices related to environmental care, business processes, and community engagement

Qualifications include:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Floor Manager or Assistant Store Manager, preferably in luxury/fashion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership by example
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional in-store experiences
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Passion for fashion and good knowledge of brands
  • Proficiency with in-store digital tools
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in German and English
