Our history

How it all started

BRAINEFFECT’s story starts with a man who couldn’t sleep: Fabian Foelsch. As competitive athlete, the stress before competitions kept Fabian awake at night. At some point, he started looking into biohacking and how nutrition doesn’t only impact athletic performance, but also sleep and mental well-being. He soon realized that a strong and happy mind needs to be fed with the right nutrients.

An idea becomes reality

After 12 months of product development, BRAINEFFECT finally goes live – with a holistic concept and 4 products that still belong to our portfolio today.

2017

We focus on product development and innovation. Soon, our four main categories – Focus, Well-being, Energy and Sleep – are fully established.

2018

Innovation leaders

With the launch of the SLEEP SPRAY, our innovative spirit finally bears fruit. The spray is an absolute novelty on the European market – and quickly becomes a bestseller!

2019

The Team grows

By 2019, the BRAINEFFECT team has rapidly expanded. Now, 30 people are developing, managing and promoting our nutritional products and supplements .

2020

Europe is next!

We take the next big step to become Europe’s no. 1 Mind Nutrition brand and expand successfully into the French market. Other markets are about to follow.

2021

The brand goes lifestyle

It’s time for change! We update everything – the look of our products, the design of our website, the stories we tell. Our new slogan: Mental wellness to eat.
