Your Future Role:

1. Creation, optimizing and management of performance marketing campaigns in SEA, services and jobs, social ads, display advertising, marketplaces, retargeting and pretargeting.
2. Budget planning, forecasting and performance reporting.
3. Ensuring digital brand awareness for the corporate and employer brand.
4. Collaboration with sales and online marketing teams to generate leads.
5. Designing the creative in cooperation with the graphics team.
6. Compliance with corporate identity and ensuring brand safety.
7. Strategic and operational support for performance marketing and tracking activities.

What You Bring to the Team:

1. Successfully completed training or studies in the field of e-commerce, (digital) marketing or similar qualification.
2. Several years of experience in performance marketing disciplines.
3. Very good analytical skills and knowledge of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB).
4. Experience with advertising tools, marketing analysis tools and formation of creatives.
5. Trend awareness in online advertising and continuous training in performance marketing and tracking technologies.
6. Results orientation, structured way of working, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
7. Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
