Your future tasks:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health and Safety Manager, with German certification as “Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit” to join our global team in the offshore wind sector.
• You will also act as a global subject matter expert in electrical safety.
• You will be part of our corporate HSEQ team and will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our company operates sustainably, ethically, and responsibly, aligning with global Health and Safety standards and practices.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• German certification as Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa), and certification as Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator (SiGeKo) is a plus.
• Proven experience in Health and Safety management in projects within the offshore wind or oil & gas industry.
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Requirements for Electrical Safety (both HV and LV).
• Skills in developing and implementing electrical safety programs.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with proficiency in English and fluent German skills.
