Job Overview

This is a full-time position based in Wetzlar, Germany, with a salary range of €60,000 to €80,000 annually, including a variable component. The role involves working in a team to develop and optimize data management solutions, support digital transformation, and implement data strategies across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

1. Build, implement, and optimize complex data management processes.
2. Drive digital transformation through data-driven solutions and innovative concepts.
3. Develop and implement a company-wide data strategy and architecture.
4. Create technical concepts for operational controlling to improve internal processes.
5. Migrate and integrate heterogeneous data sources from various primary systems.
6. Harmonize and clean data across multiple countries (Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Sweden, UK).
7. Contribute to building a scalable data infrastructure, including data modeling and BI structure.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in databases, data analytics, and business intelligence.
• Degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Qlik, Power BI, or SQL databases.
• Strong initiative and quick comprehension skills.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
• Initial experience in data or ERP projects.
• Background in controlling.
