About this role

As Global Key Cities Program Manager, you’ll ensure operational excellence across 15 strategic urban markets, positioning JET as the top choice for convenience delivery. Partnering with senior stakeholders, you’ll drive cross-functional initiatives, foster knowledge sharing, and ensure consistent city strategies while presenting key insights to leadership.

Your role includes performance monitoring, coordinating the Center of Excellence, and delivering actionable insights. You’ll support rapid escalations (12/48-hour SLAs) and analyze city data to identify trends and opportunities. Additionally, you’ll assist the Global Head of Commercial Strategy in shaping and executing the program’s strategic agenda.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Amsterdam office & 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Head of Strategy and Planning, Commercial

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Develop and deliver effective presentations to senior stakeholders
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly business performance reviews for city teams
• Drive the development and implementation of standardized playbooks
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-city learning (e.g. support and organize Key City workshops/off sites for improved collaboration)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to unblock issues and drive strategic initiatives
• Establish delivery and project management best practices across city teams
• Support emerging cities with guidance while enabling established cities to excel

What will you bring to the table?

• Strategic & Advisory Experience: Proven background in strategy, advisory, or PMO roles (e.g., consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, Chief of Staff, or go-to-market roles), with experience advising executive leaders on strategy, commercial, and operations topics
• Industry & Market Knowledge: Experience in fast-paced tech environments; familiarity with food delivery or marketplace e-commerce is a plus. Strong understanding of key city market landscapes, consumer behavior, and local business dynamics
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret data, make strategic decisions, and structure program delivery to align with financial and operational goals
• Results-Driven & Commercial Acumen: Strong business mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs while ensuring program effectiveness
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Ability to confidently engage with JET employees at all levels, from management to agents and couriers.
• Pragmatic & Hands-On Approach: A can-do attitude, willingness to roll up sleeves, and ability to adapt to dynamic challenges.
• Organizational & Technical Skills: Highly organized, able to multitask under tight deadlines, and experienced with Tableau, Salesforce, and Jira (preferred).
